Music & Drama
P.O.P. is blessed with a group of talented and anointed musicians and vocalists. Our music department's focus and purpose is to create an atmosphere of praise and worship at our weekly services and special events. From traditional hymns to the latest in contemporary Christian worship, the music at P.O.P. is focused on lifting Him up! Included in our music program is the P.O.P. Choir, Junior Choir, Intercession Drama Team and Generation Praise. Generation Praise is a young-adult music group which also regularly leads P.O.P.'s Sunday worship services. If you are interested in booking the group for an upcoming event, please contact Kristen Wilson at media@pentecostalsofphoenix.org.
Foreign Missions
Matthew 24:14 says, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations." Supporting our missionaries in foreign countries is not only a calling, but a valuable investment. When we help spread the gospel, we are investing in people and souls. In Acts 2, Peter says that this promise we have been given is not only for us and our children, but also to all that are far off.
One Sunday a month is designated as Foreign Missions Sunday. Our Foreign Missionary Director, David Loera (missions@pentecostalsofphoenix.org) will provide an update about what is happening in the mission field and encourage the church family to maintain our financial support of our missionaries.
P.O.P. specifically supports the following missionaries:
Arlie & Becki Enis (Retired Missionary)
Else J. Lund (Retired Missionary)
Richard & Coral Denny (Pacific)
William & Elizabeth Turner (Russia/Ukraine)
Louis & Rosemary Louw (Dominican Republic)
Samuel & Pat Balca (France/Monaco)
Gary & Kristi Landaw (Puerto Rico/Trinidad/Tobago)
Allan & Georgene Shalm (Pakistan/Afghanistan)
